They even carried a 355 lb elec wheelchair down the stairs. Upon arrival at our new place...door jam padded to prevent damage and out comes the RED carpet. There were times when the would "jog" back to the truck for the next piece. I feared the move due to my significant other's OCD...could not have been smoother. Next day I discover my elec recliner was assembled wrong and we could not (disabled here) fix it. A email and a phone call saw William, the mgr on his way to our home and 5 min later all good. I don't think you can find anyone that will work haerder and smarter than these guys.... GREAT VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY read less
